Time penalty for Team France
(30/1/2006) The French A1 GP team has been penalised with 25 seconds for taking their drive-through penalty during the safety car situation.
They received this drive-through because two mechanics were working on the same wheel during their pitstop in the feature race.
This penalty will give them 1 point less in the championship standings because Austria now has been awarded seventh place during the feature race.
