How is the Castore sizing?

Castore is the supplier of Red Bull Racing. Sizes may be slightly different than you are used to from us. In the table below you will find the new size classification. If in doubt, measure your size and determine the correct size based on the table below. Please note: the sizes runs small.

Castore does not use European children's sizes for children. Instead, they use junior variants of sizes S, M, L and XL.

How is the New Era sizing?

We have two models of caps from New Era, 9FORTY and 9FIFTY. We also have bucket hats and beanies from new Era in our product range.

We offer one size of the 9FORTY variant: One size fits most. With the size chart below you can determine whether it is suitable for you.

 

9FIFTY

For adults we have two sizes of the 9FIFTY model: S/M and M/L. In addition, we offer a slightly smaller size for some caps: Youth. It is generally suitable for children aged 6 to 12 years. Check the size chart below to find the best size for you.

Bucket hats are available in three sizes: S, M and L. Check the size chart below to find the perfect size for you.

How do I measure which size I need?

When determining the right size, the following points are important to measure. Always use a flexible measuring tape when measuring.

For t-shirts, polos and hoodies

  • Chest (A): Measure horizontally under your armpits where your chest is largest.
  • Waist (B): Measure horizontally above your hips and below your ribs, at your natural waistline.
  • Hip (C): Measure horizontally at the widest point of your hips or buttocks.

For trousers

  • Hip (A): Measure horizontally at the widest point of your hips or buttocks.
  • Inseam (B): Measure from the crotch to the floor.

Then compare these sizes with the size chart that you will find with each product.

Do you also have clothing in size XXXXL (4XL) or larger?

For most collections we depend on what our suppliers produce. When we design our own collection, we ensure that there are always items in larger sizes. We do not sell clothing in a size larger than XXXXL (4XL).

Can you send me a signed photo card of Max?

With every order placed on Verstappen.com or any purchase made at the Max Verstappen store, you will receive a photo card of Max. You can also download it here. Unfortunately it is not possible to send one seperately.

Can you I have an item signed for me by Max or get a meet & greet?

We are regularly asked to have items signed by Max. As we cannot meet all requests and it is not fair to differentiate, we have decided that items will only be signed if special promotions are initiated by us. Any requests for signed items will be rejected. You can of course always download and print the signed photo card.

Can I get / buy a Meet & Greet with Max Verstappen?

We regularly receive requests for Meet and Greets. Since we cannot meet all requests and it is not fair to differentiate, we have decided that Meet and Greets will only be organised when special promotions are set up by us. All requests for Meet & Greets will not be considered. 

I have not yet received the photo that I had taken via the PhotoBooth in the store. What now?

Have you already checked that it has not ended up in your junk mail? If you really have not received the photo, it is best to send us an email at [email protected] so that we can try to find it for you. Please state the e-mail address you entered at the Photobooth, the date and time that you took the picture.

Order
Can I have products that are in stock at the stores delivered?

It is not possible to have products that are in stock at our stores delivered. However, you can contact the specific store to have the product set aside for you. Please call the store directly, and they can hold the item for you to pick up later.

Can I cancel my order?

It is not possible to cancel your order once it has been placed, unless it is a pre-order item. Due to the rapid processing time, we are unable to make changes or cancellations after the order is confirmed.

If your order is a pre-order item, please contact our customer service at [email protected] to check if cancellation is still possible.

Can I modify my order after it has been paid?

We are unable to modify your order once it has been placed. This is because our system processes orders so quickly that we cannot intervene. All details are immediately forwarded to the warehouse and the finance department. If it were possible, we would gladly do it for you.

Will a sold-out product be available again?

If a product is listed as sold out on the website, this status is final. If the product is not visible on the website, it is sold out. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will indicate this on the product page. It is possible that the products are still available in our stores. To check the stock in our stores, click "View stock in stores" on the product page. Unfortunately, it is not possible to order products from the stores.

For certain products, such as scale models, additional stock may become available later. For availability of a specific model, please contact our customer service at [email protected].

If you are interested in a product that is currently out of stock, we recommend adding it to your wishlist. You can do this by clicking on the heart icon at the top right of the product page. You will receive an email as soon as the product is back in stock.

When are new items available in the stores?

We aim to sell new items simultaneously on all our channels. However, sometimes items are (temporarily) exclusively available in one channel such as the store or our webshop. Often they will be sold at the remaining channels at a later moment.

Keep an eye on the stock status on the site to see if a product is available.

I ordered multiple orders, can I combine these?

It's not possible to combine orders. 

What is a pre-order?

Selected items (mainly scale models) are not readily available at the time they are offered for sale. We therefore offer these products as pre-oder. The delivery time of these products varies by product. The expected delivery time is communicated with the product on the website and is also in the confirmation you receive after ordering. Please note: The delivery time is always subject to change.

Are (pre-order) items shipped separately if they are in 1 order?

If you order several items at once and the expected delivery time of one of these items is longer than 30 days, the order will automatically be split for you.

The items that can be delivered immediately will be sent to you in a separate order.
The item with a longer delivery date will then remain on ‘HOLD’ with us until it is available for you.

Shipping
According to the tracking code, my package has been delivered, but it is not in my possession. What now?

Have you checked with your neighbors to see if your package was delivered there? It often happens that the driver forgets to leave a note, which can cause some confusion. In many cases, the package will be delivered one or two days later.

If this is not the case, please send us an email at [email protected]. We will then contact the delivery service to start an investigation into your package.

When do I receive my pre-order?

The delivery time of pre-orders varies by product. The expected delivery time is communicated with the product on the website and is also in the confirmation you receive after ordering. Should the delivery time change we will inform you at the e-mail address used when placing the order.

When will you send my package?

If you see the status 'in progress' in your account, it means your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Our customer service cannot provide an exact shipping time. Once your order status changes to 'shipped,' it means the order has been dispatched and handed over to our carriers. You should also have received an email with a tracking code, which allows you to track your order.

 Please note: During the holiday season, we will continue to ship our packages as usual. However, delivery times may vary due to the courier services, which could result in longer shipping times. To ensure your gifts arrive on time, we recommend placing your holiday orders early.

 

I have issues entering the delivery address

To ensure that your package is delivered to you as quickly as possible, it is important that your address information is correct. Below you can find some tips to ensure that your shipment is not delayed.

  • Please fill in your zip code as precise and complete as possible. So not on district level, but on street level if you have it available.
  • You do not have to use dashes (-) or spaces in your zip code, only letters and numbers are sufficient.
  • You do not have to use spaces, parentheses or dashes (-) in your phone number.
  • Addresses on our website are always shown in European format (first street and then housenumber). Our shipping partner will make sure your address is put in the correct order for your destination country.
  • NR in the address fields stands for (house) number.
  • Please make sure you fill in your address with the Latin alphabet. Our system will not recognize any other alphabet.
Can I change my address after I have placed an order?

It is not possible to change your address once an order has been placed, unless it is a pre-order item. Due to the quick processing time, we are unable to make changes once the order is confirmed.

If your order is a pre-order item, you should first add the correct address to your account. Then, please contact our customer service at [email protected] to request the address change, so we can update it for your order.

Returns
I want to return my package, how can I do that?

I have returned my package, when will the amount be credited?

Once we have received and processed your return, it may take up to 10 working days from the date we receive the package. The refund will then be credited to the bank account used for the original payment within 5 working days.

If you paid with a credit card, the refund process might take longer depending on your credit card provider.

Will costs of returning be reimbursed?

The costs of returning are for your own account, we do not provide a return label.

Can I return / exchange an item in-store?

Items can only be returned via our store in Swalmen. Please note that the store cannot process the return on-site; the refund will only be issued once the package is received and processed at our warehouse, which can take up to 10 working days.

Exchanges in-store are possible after contacting the store by phone. The stores can be reached at +31 475 44 30 04. Please use the menu options to connect with the correct store.

Can I exchange my article?

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process. Please indicate if the size of the item you wish to exchange is too small or too large. To speed up the exchange process, put the new size that you want to receive in the comment field. After receiving the return, our customer service will contact you to send you a replacement item.

Can I pay with fashioncheque?

Fashionchecques can be redeemed in the webshop by choosing fashioncheque as your payment method. If there is any amount left, you can pay this with a payment method of your choice.

The fashioncheques cannot be used in our physical stores.

Scale models
How does the pickup procedure work for the 1:12?

Once you have ordered the scale model and chosen pickup, please contact our Customer Service. We will then coordinate together when you want to pick up your scale model.


Please note: it is only possible to pick up your scale model in our shop in Swalmen.

What are the dimensions of the 1:12 scale models?

- Abu Dhabi base plate size: (L*W*H) 560*270*160mm
- Turkey base plate size: (L*W*H) 560*270*160mm
- Zandvoort base plate size: (L*W*H) 560*270*160mm

Shipping box size: 72.5cm x 43.5cm x 37.5cm.

Can I pick up my 1:12 scale model without an appointment?

No, unfortunately this is not possible. This has to do with the fact that we have your scale model delivered to our branch, so there is a chance if you come unexpectedly, we do not have a scale model in stock.

What should I bring with me when picking up my 1:12 scale model?

When picking up your scale model, you must be able to show the following:
- A valid ID
- Your invoice
- And the collection number assigned to you

I want to change my collection time for the 1:12 model, is this possible?

It is certainly possible to change your pick-up time.
This is possible up to 1 week before the date agreed upon by us.
To do this, please contact our customer service.

I missed the pick-up moment, now what?

It can always happen that, for unexpected reasons, you were unable to pick up your scale model. In case of no (timely) message, we will still send your scale model to your home address. You will then receive a track and trace code. Make sure your delivery address is correct, even if you choose to pick up your order in our shop.

What is inside the 1:12 scale model package?

Your scale model comes with an unboxing video, an acrylic display case, a cardboard sleeve and with the Abu Dhabi model, a kneeling Max figure and the pit sign.

When will my 1:12 scale model be delivered?

Scale models are delivered immediately and you will receive a track and trace code as soon as it leaves our department store. If you choose pickup, the first option is May 11.

Only the first orders of the Turkey scale model are immediately available for delivery. If your order confirmation states that the order will be available mid-May, then your order is not part of the first orders. Your order will then be delivered in mid-May.

Received a damaged model?

Please contact customer service directly and we will look for a solution. Be sure to include photos of the damage.

General travel questions
Do I need to set a t-shirt size?

Het is alleen noodzakelijk om voor de Grand Prix van Hongarije het shirtmaart door te geven.

Zet jij de tickets niet op de juiste naam en geef jij niet de juiste T-shirt maat door? Dan ontvang jij alle t-shirts in de maat van de hoofdboeker en kunnen wij niet garanderen dat jij wordt toegelaten tot het circuit. Dit is dus op eigen risico.

Is it possible to order more than 10 tickets?

If you would like to attend the Grand Prix with a group larger than 10 people, please contact our support team via [email protected] to consult the possibilties. 

Can I order a day ticket?

We only sell weekend tickets, these are valid from Friday up to and including Sunday. It is unfortunately not possible to order a day ticket for, for example, only Sunday.

For Dutch GP we only sell passepartout tickets. These are the same three day tickets we sell for other races (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). We follow the naming that Dutch GP uses to distinguish our tickets from their standaard 2-day weekend tickets (Saturday, Sunday).

Can I specify where I want to sit in the grandstand?

Yes, but it is subject to external factors. You can choose your own seats, but we reserve the right to deviate from this. This may be necessary if events cannot go ahead in full or if grandstands are being adjusted after we start selling.

Will I receive more information concerning the race?

About 2 weeks before the race, we will try to inform our fans via mail with as much information about the race as we have available.

Can I change the name on my tickets?

This is possible up to 1 week before the Grand Prix. As soon as the tickets have been sent, it is no longer possible to change the name on the ticket. We will send the digital tickets as soon as possible, approximately 1 week before the race.

If I have placed an order for tickets, can I cancel/revoke it?

We have received green light for the race with full attendance. This means we cannot cancel with the organisation. Because of this, we cannot take cancelation requests into account for the orders which are admitted. We as Verstappen Travel follow the terms and conditions for delivering the tickets for the chosen Grand Prix.

Will the pitlane walk talk place?

For options regarding pitlane walks and other activities on the track, please refer to the organisers/track.

What are the shipping and/or service costs?

Our tickets do not include any additional shipping and/or service charges. For the Dutch Grand Prix there will be a tax added on top.

I am disabled. Are there special facilities for me?

The grandstands for which we sell tickets are unfortunately not wheelchair accessible and there are no seats for disabled visitors. Possibilities for disabled visitors can be found on the circuit's website.

How and when will I recieve my tickets?

You can download the tickets from your Verstappen Travel account about 2 weeks before the race itself. You will receive an e-mail as soon as this is possible. We only sell e-tickets, so it is not possible to send the tickets by post.

When will the prizes be raffled?

A Paddock Tour will be raffled at the latest one week before the start of the GP. Only people who have bought a ticket for one of the Max Verstappen Tribunes via Verstappen.com Travel have a chance to win the prizes. Winners must be able to present the ticket with the winning seat number in order to receive their prize.

The other prizes will be raffled after the race.

 

What can I take with me on the circuit?

De organisatie van het evenement bepaalt welke zaken er wel of niet het circuit op mogen. Dit kan per race verschillen. Zie voor meer informatie de website van het circuit. Let op dat items zoals fakkels/rookpotten/vuurwerk en eigen alcoholische dranken, maar ook paraplu's verboden kunnen zijn mee te nemen en dit kan leiden tot eventuele verwijdering van het terrein. 

How can I personalise my tickets?

You can personalize your tickets using the following steps:

Note: You can only use one email address per person. Using the same email address multiple times will result in an error message. If you do not have an available email address, you may use a fictitious one. The tickets will ultimately be sent to the email address used to place the order.

How to personalize your tickets:

  1. Log in via: https://tickets.verstappen.com/tickets-2022/account/login using your existing customer account (email address) on our website.
  2. Click on ‘Orders’ and then on your order number.
  3. Click on ‘Manage Personalization’.
  4. Forward the ticket that needs to be personalized to the ticket holder so they can personalize it.

For child tickets, you may use the email address and/or phone number of the parent.

Please note: Each email address can only be used once. If the parent is also attending the race, you will need to use an alias or a different email address. Do not use non-existent email addresses, as we will not be able to contact you if necessary. Instructions for using an alias are provided below:

If you have an email address like [email protected], you can create multiple variations by adding a '+' and a number. For example, if you personalize with [email protected], you will also receive emails at that address.

Practical information

Ordering a ticket via Verstappen.com Travel guarantees you a seat in the original Max Verstappen Stand. We have no influence over the organization of the event, such as the placement of stands and screens, facilities, access policies, or parking arrangements. For more information on these aspects, please visit: F1austria.com.

Organize your Grand Prix visit down to the finest details by also considering transportation and accommodation. These arrangements are your responsibility; we only provide a few tips for each Grand Prix.

In Case of Emergencies

Call 133 or 112 for police assistance; officers will be dispatched to your location immediately. The more specific you are about your location, the quicker they will arrive. Additionally, police presence is ensured with patrolling officers and a police station at the Welcome Cente

You can reach the Red Bull Ring from the St. Michael interchange via the S36 highway. The Red Bull Ring can be accessed via both the Knittelfeld-West and Zeltweg-East exits. From there, follow the traffic instructions and you will be directed to a parking area. Depending on the color coding of your ticket, fans will be guided to the appropriate parking areas by signs along the highway, which are within walking distance of the circuit. Upon arrival, pay attention to the color of your ticket and choose the correct exit from the highway.

  • Nord Stand (Green Tickets): Knittelfeld West
  • Mitte Stand (Yellow Tickets): Zeltweg Ost
  • West Stand (Blue Tickets): Zeltweg West

Parking at the Red Bull Ring is free. Please note that each parking area also has a limited number of spaces available for disabled parking.

Public Transport to the Circuit

Free shuttle buses run from Knittelfeld station to the circuit. Train tickets to Knittelfeld station are relatively inexpensive.

Traveling to the Campsites

Please note that arrival and departure are allowed at the following times:

  • Wednesday & Thursday: You may enter the campsites at any time of day
  • Friday: Due to expected heavy traffic, arrival before 09:00 is strongly recommended
  • Saturday: Arrival before 09:00 is strongly advised
  • Sunday: Departure after 20:00

To efficiently distribute campers on Thursday, they will be directed along the S36 Murtal with LED directional signs. For the Pink, Green, Purple, Yellow, and Orange campsites, the Knittelfeld West exit is recommended. Those staying at the Blue and Red campsites should take the Zeltweg West exit.

Do you sell kids tickets?

For this race, we only sell kids tickets for standing places. These are valid for children up to 14 years old. These tickets cost €59 and the kids will also receive the Orange Army Support T-shirt. We do not sell kids tickets for grandstand seats. For these places, children can use a regular ticket.

To check the child's age, they are required to bring proof of identity to the circuit. The tickets are valid only for children who are 14 years or younger during the race weekend. Two kids tickets can be obtained per regular ticket.

How do I access my Verstappen Travel goodies?

You can pick up the Verstappen Travel goodies during the race weekend at the Official Verstappen Shop Trailers. Download the Max Verstappen - Official App on your phone to see where you can find them during the race weekend.

In addition, once the e-tickets are available, you can pick up your goodies at our shops in Swalmen and Bataviastad. You can also collect the goodies for others. Make sure you can also show their ticket.

Practical information

Ordering a ticket through Verstappen.com Travel ensures you a seat on the original Max Verstappen Tribune. We have no further influence on the organisation of the event, such as the placement of stands and screens, facilities, access policy or parking facilities. Organise this Grand Prix visit to perfection by also thinking about transport and accommodation. You arrange these things yourself: we only give some tips for each Grand Prix.

Travelling to the circuit

Getting to the circuit by car
The circuit can be reached by car. From the Netherlands, it is about a 13-hour drive (without stops). From the M3 motorway, follow the signs and then reach the circuit via Mogyoród. There is a public car park at the circuit where you can park for free. Two parking areas are located close to the entrances of Gate 6 and Gate 7. These entrances are closest to the Max Verstappen Tribune.


Flying to Hungary

Budapest Airport (Ferihegy) is 40 kilometres south of the circuit. From there, several taxis offer their services opf you can take public transport.

 

Public transport

Several trains and buses also run through Hungary. These do not run as far as the circuit. From the station in Mogyoród, it is a 40-minute walk to the circuit.

Do you sell kids tickets?

We sell kids tickets for this race. These are valid for children up to 13 years old. These tickets cost €79 and the kids will also receive Verstappen Travel Goodies.

How do I access my Verstappen Travel goodies?

The Verstappen Travel goodies will be sent in advance to the main booker's address. The Verstappen Travel goodies are scheduled to be sent approximately 2 to 3 weeks before the race to the main booker's address. It is possible to update the address in your Travel Account.

How do I set my t-shirt size?

You should provide the t-shirt size during the ticket personalization process so that we can send them to you in advance.

If you do not set the tickets to the correct name or provide the correct t-shirt size, you will receive all t-shirts in the size of the main booker, and we cannot guarantee that you will be admitted to the circuit. This is at your own risk.

Travelling to the circuit

Getting to the circuit by car

The circuit is easily accessible by car. From Maastricht, it is about an hour's drive. Parking at the circuit is well arranged, but it is very busy. Car Park Red is closest to the Max Verstappen Tribune. Weekend tickets for this car park can be ordered directly when buying your entrance ticket. Make sure you travel to the circuit on time. Verstappen Travel does not sell parking tickets, these can only be purchased at the circuit.


Public transport

The best way to travel to Francorchamps is by train. For more information about train travel in Belgium, please consult the circuit's website.

Do you sell kids tickets?

We sell kids tickets for this race. These are valid for children up to 12 years old. Kids get €100 discount and kids will also receive Verstappen Travel Goodies. Check the organisation's website to see up to which age children do not need a ticket:  Spa GP - tickets. They do not need a ticket and will therefore not receive any goodies. They do not have their own seat and should therefore remain on the lap of the adult.

There is a row and seat by my bronze / parking ticket, how is this possible?

You can ignore the row and seat numbers on the bronze tickets (standing places) in your account. These are technically necessary within the platform, but mean nothing on the track.

You can enter all bronze areas with these tickets.

The event site is open on all days from 08.00h to 21.00h. During the event, stick to the circuit's house rules, which can be found on the Dutch GP website.

Travelling to the circuit

Getting to the circuit by car
The circuit is not accessible by car or motorbike. During the race weekend, it is possible to park their car or motorbike or be dropped off in one of the specially reserved Q-park garages in Amsterdam and Amstelveen and then continue travelling by public bus towards the circuit. By public transport to the circuit
The circuit is easily accessible by public transport. A sprinter departs from Amsterdam Central Station to Zandvoort aan Zee every 5 minutes during the race weekend. Calculate your quickest route via a journey planner.

 

With the Dutch Grand Prix Shuttle to the circuit

With the Dutch Grand Prix Shuttle you board the train in your neighbourhood and travel directly to the circuit without changing trains. The cost of a ticket depends on the distance you have to travel, but starts from €29. For more information visit Dutchgp.com - Dutch GP shuttle.

 

By bike to the circuit
There are several bicycle parking facilities available that you can use for free. It is also possible, for a fee, to use a guarded bicycle facility: Dutchgp.com  (Brom)fiets.

Extra tax is being charged on my ticket. Why?

It is indeed true that a retribution tax is added per ticket. This is the entertainment retribution, a form of tax, which is settled by the municipality this year and will be added separately to the ticket.

You can pick up the Verstappen Travel goodies during the race weekend at The Cube in the Fanzone. Download the Max Verstappen - Official App on your phone to see where you can find it during the race weekend.

In addition, once the e-tickets are available, you can pick up your goodies at our shops in Swalmen and Bataviastad. You can also collect the goodies for others. Make sure you can also show their ticket.

Will I receive a Travel Bag with my ticket?

The tickets do not include a Travel Bag. Those are only included in our tickets for Formula 1 races. If you are looking for nice fan items, we offer a large selection in our fan items category. Do children also need a ticket?

Yes. Everybody attending the event needs to be in posession of a valid ticket. This includes those under 16. For general admission access these tickets are free. Children need to be accompanied by at least one adult.
