If you place an order at Verstappen.com which should be delivered on an address (no p.o. box) within the Netherlands, you have the following options:
If you complete an order, the order will be shipped as soon as possible. An e-mail with a tracking link will be send to you when DHL has picked up your order in our warehouse.
Have you missed the delivery person? Then your order will be delivered at the nearest DHL ServicePoint. With the track & trace code you can track your order.
If you complete an order on working days, usually the next day your order can be picked up at the Parcel shop or the Parcel station you have chosen. You can pick up your order withing 7 days. With the track & trace code you can follow up your order.
Sometimes we will start selling products which we don't have in stock yet. At the product description we mention clearly the date on which we will send the product. Of course, we keep you informed by e-mail about the delivery of your order.

Have you by any chance already informed the neighbors whether your package has been delivered there? It often happens that the driver forgets to put a note in the letterbox. This can of course cause confusion. And often the package is delivered by DHL a day or two later.
