We are regularly asked to have items signed by Max. As we cannot meet all requests and it is not fair to differentiate, we have decided that items will only be signed if special promotions are initiated by us. You can of course always download and print the signed photo card.

The tickets do not include a Travel Bag. Those are only included in our tickets for Formula 1 races. If you are looking for nice fan items, we offer a large selection in our fan items category.

Yes. Everybody attending the event needs to be in posession of a valid ticket. This includes those under 16. For general admission access these tickets are free. Children need to be accompanied by at least one adult.
Once you have ordered the scale model and chosen pickup, please contact our Customer Service. We will then coordinate together when you want to pick up your scale model.
Please note: it is only possible to pick up your scale model in our shop in Swalmen.

No, unfortunately this is not possible. This has to do with the fact that we have your scale model delivered to our branch, so there is a chance if you come unexpectedly, we do not have a scale model in stock.
When picking up your scale model, you must be able to show the following:
- A valid ID
- Your invoice
- And the collection number assigned to you
It is certainly possible to change your pick-up time.
This is possible up to 1 week before the date agreed upon by us.
To do this, please contact our customer service.
It can always happen that, for unexpected reasons, you were unable to pick up your scale model. In case of no (timely) message, we will still send your scale model to your home address. You will then receive a track and trace code. Make sure your delivery address is correct, even if you choose to pick up your order in our shop.
Your scale model comes with an unboxing video, an acrylic display case, a cardboard sleeve and with the Abu Dhabi model, a kneeling Max figure and the pit sign.
Scale models are delivered immediately and you will receive a track and trace code as soon as it leaves our department store. If you choose pickup, the first option is May 11.
Only the first orders of the Turkey scale model are immediately available for delivery. If your order confirmation states that the order will be available mid-May, then your order is not part of the first orders. Your order will then be delivered in mid-May.
Please contact customer service directly and we will look for a solution. Be sure to include photos of the damage.
Unfortunately we cannot change your order. This has to do with the fact that the processing of our system is so fast that unfortunately we cannot intervene. All data is immediately transferred to the warehouse and to the financial administration. Otherwise we would be happy to do that for you.
If a product is sold out on the website, this status is final. If the item is only sold out temporarily we will indicaqte this. It is possible that the items are still available in our stores. To view this stock you can click on "view stock in stores" on the product page.

Selected items (mainly scale models) are not readily available at the time they are offered for sale. We therefore offer these products as pre-oder. Have you by any chance already informed the neighbors whether your package has been delivered there? It often happens that the driver forgets to put a note in the letterbox. This can of course cause confusion. And often the package is delivered by DHL a day or two later.

We only sell weekend tickets, these are valid from Friday up to and including Sunday. It is unfortunately not possible to order a day ticket for, for example, only Sunday.
For Dutch GP we only sell passepartout tickets. These are the same three day tickets we sell for other races (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). We follow the naming that Dutch GP uses to distinguish our tickets from their standaard 2-day weekend tickets (Saturday, Sunday).
We assume that the Grand Prix will go ahead as planned for this year with an audience. If this is not the case, ticket buyers will have the option again to keep their ticket for the next year or request a refund.
For the races in 2022 yes, subject to change. You can choose your own seats, but we reserve the right to deviate from this. This may be necessary if events cannot go ahead in full or if grandstands are being adjusted after we start selling.
For the races in 2021, seating arrangements are changing during the sale process and often subject to restrictions. Unfortunately we have no influence on them. All tickets from your order will of course be seated next to each other in the stands. Because the seating plan has already been decided, we cannot accept requests for seats to be moved.
About 2 weeks before the race, we will try to inform our fans via mail with as much information about the race as we have available.
This is possible up to 3 weeks before the Grand Prix. As soon as the tickets have been sent, it is no longer possible to change the name on the ticket. We will send the digital tickets as soon as possible, approximately 1 week before the race.
We have received green light for the race with full attendance. This means we cannot cancel with the organisation. Because of this, we cannot take cancelation requests into account for the orders which are admitted. We as Verstappen Travel follow the terms and conditions for delivering the tickets for the chosen Grand Prix.
Different circuits use different guidelines, based on circumstances at the time. These change regularly, so always check the website of the circuit for the latest information.
For Austria you can only join the pitlane walk if you have bought an additional ticket for the pitlane walk.
For Belgium the pitlane walk has been canceled.
The maximum ages for kids tickets vary per circuit and are determined by the different circuits:
To check the age of the child, he or she is obliged to bring an identification document to the track. Decisive for the amount of the ticket price is the age of the child at the start of the GP weekend and not the moment of purchase. Two children's tickets can be obtained per adult ticket.
Each kids ticket also includes an exclusive Max Verstappen Travel Bag with content.
When ordering your e-tickets, no shipping costs, service costs or other additional costs will be charged.
Yes, the advantage of creating an account is that you have an overview of your (previous) orders.
The grandstands for which we sell tickets are unfortunately not wheelchair accessible and there are no seats for disabled visitors. Possibilities for disabled visitors can be found on the circuit's website.
After placing an order, it may take a while before the (digital) e-tickets are sent. You will receive the e-tickets approximately 3 weeks before the start of the GP in question.
This varies on a circuit by circuit basis. In 2023 the Max Verstappen Travel Bags for the races in Hungary, Spain and Netherlands will be shipped prior to the event. You will receive them about a week before the event.
At the Austrian Grand Prix the Max Verstappen Travel Bag with the orange support t-shirt and goodies could only be collected at the Info Point of Verstappen Travel.
A Paddock Tour will be raffled at the latest one week before the start of the GP. Only people who have bought a ticket for one of the Max Verstappen Tribunes via Verstappentravel.com have a chance to win the prizes. Winners must be able to present the ticket with the winning seat number in order to receive their prize.
The other prizes will be raffled after the race.
You will receive a (digital) e-ticket, so keep an eye on your mailbox. Tickets are not sent by post.

Yes, your grandstand ticket is an access card to the circuit with a (reserved) seat on the grandstand in question. With this ticket you are also allowed to enter the general area.

Where can I park my car?
Depending on the colour of the ticket, you will be directed to the nearest free parking space. Visitors can park for free. Parking place P10 is closest to the Max Verstappen Premium (Nord) grandstand, the Orange (Mitte) grandstand, the T8 and T10 grandstands. If you are sitting at the Max Verstappen Orange West grandstand it is best to park at P5, P7, P9 or P12. Make sure you are on time.

Officially designated campsites
In the vicinity of the Red Bull Ring circuit in Spielberg (Austria) there are several campsites where you can go with your own tent, caravan or motorhome. Book one of the officially designated campsites via GP Ticket Shop.
Travelling to the Red Bull Ring
The Red Bull Ring is quick and easy to reach by car. From Munich it is an about 4.5 hours drive and from the Netherlands about 10 to 11 hours (without stops). Parking at the circuit is free and well arranged, but it is very busy. Depending on the color of the ticket you will be directed to the nearest free parking lot. Visitors can park for free. Parking lot P10 is closest to both the Max Verstappen Premium grandstand and the Orange grandstand. If you are sitting at the Max Verstappen Orange West grandstand it is best to park at P5, P7, P9 or P12. Make sure you are on time.
Graz Airport is 85 kilometres from the Spielberg racetrack and Vienna International Airport is 200 kilometres away. Buses and extra trains run from Vienna to the circuit during the Formula 1 weekend.

Where can I park my car?
Parking at the track is good, but it's very crowded. Car Park Red is closest to the Max Verstappen grandstand. Via the website of Spa Grand Prix you can order your parking tickets.
Accommodations and officially designated campsites
In the vicinity of the Spa-Francorchamps circuit in Stavelot (Belgium) there are several campsites. Camping Green is closest to the Max Verstappen grandstand.
Travelling to Circuit Spa-Francorchamps
The circuit is easily accessible by car. From Maastricht it is about an hour's drive. Parking at the circuit is good, but it is very busy. Car Park Red is closest to the Max Verstappen grandstand.
If you travel by train, you can best get to Francorchamps. For more information about the train journey in Belgium, please consult the circuit website.

ENTRY
There are a total of 7 gates at the Spanish Circuit that will grant you access onto the Circuit, with your ticket(s) you can use all gates to enter. Gate 1 is the closest gate by the Max Verstappen-stand.
OPENING TIMES
The circuit gates open at 15:30 on Thursday and 08:00 on Friday & Saturday, and 07:00 on Sunday. Parking lots open at 07:00 on Saturday & Sunday.
PERMITTED ITEMS AT THE CIRCUIT
Food, non-alcoholic drinks, umbrellas and chairs exclusively for the general admission areas are permitted, as long as it isn't causing problems to other spectators. Plastic bottles up to 1.5 L (including caps), tetra packs and baby prams are also permitted to bring with you onto the track.
FORBIDDEN ITEMS AT THE CIRCUIT
It is not allowed to bring professional film, photo or sound equipment or drones (both ground and airborne) to the Dutch Grand Prix. To take photos and videos it is allowed to bring a smartphone, a small digital compact camera, or a GoPro camera.
Bringing a (sturdy) stool or chair is not allowed on the grounds due to the steep slopes in the General Admission and the limited capacity.
It is not allowed to bring the following items to the event site: bags larger than an A4 format and thicker than 10 cm, soft or hard drugs, nitrous oxide, glassware, striking, bumping or firearms, or objects resembling weapons or causing offence, flags with a stick longer than one meter, spray cans (except. (with the exception of sun block, deo and perfume), gas stoves and (disposable) barbecues, umbrellas (as a precaution, we advise you to bring ponchos), musical instruments, sound carriers and horns or similar items, fireworks or torches, provocative expressions on clothing, cool boxes, (foldable) chairs and stools, all items that are too large to fit under a grandstand seat, pets (with the exception of service dogs), etc. except for service dogs), roller skates, roller blades, skateboards, hoverboards, scooters, bicycles, scooters, advertising material such as flyers, folders, banners (unless approved and provided with accreditation by the organization), professional film, photo or sound equipment (unless approved and provided with accreditation by the organization), selfie sticks, drones (both on the ground and in the air).
All items taken away will be disposed of in the specially provided waste containers and not taken into custody.

Travellers with an AVE tickets get a free ticket for the commuter train (Cercanías) on departure ande on arrival, including the connection service to the El Prat T2 and Barajas T4 airport stations (the Cercanías ticket is available at the ticket sales machines using the code printed on the AVE ticket). Seat booking is compulsory in these trains.

You can reach the Red Bull Ring from the St. Michael interchange from the S36 freeway. The Red Bull Ring can be reached from both the Knittelfeld-West and Zeltweg East exits. From there you can follow the traffic instructions and you will be guided to a parking lot. Depending on the color coding of your ticket, fans will be guided by signs along the highway to the appropriate parking lots belonging to the ticket, which are within walking distance of the circuit. Upon arrival, pay attention to the color of your ticket and choose the correct exit when exiting the highway.
You can park for free in the parking lots at the Red Bull Ring. Please note! A limited number of disabled parking spaces are also available in each parking lot.
Free shuttle buses run from Knittelfeld station to the track.
A train ticket to Knittelfeld station can be purchased relatively cheaply.
From Knittelfeld train station and Judenburg bus station (Postgasse), free shuttle buses run to the track every 15 to 30 minutes.
At the track, follow the instructions of the staff there. Pay particular attention to what you can and cannot bring to the track. For example, only flag poles that are shorter than 1.3m and 2cm in diameter are allowed. Check this page for a complete overview of all conditions for accessing the track.

Where can I park my car?
There is a public parking near the circuit where you can park for free. Information about parking can be found at the circuit. Follow the signs and directions there. Make sure you arrive on time. Two parking spaces are located close to the entrances of Gate 6 and Gate 7. These entrances are closest to the Max Verstappen grandstand.

There is a public parking at the circuit where you can park for free. Two parking spaces are located close to the entrances of Gate 6 and Gate 7. These entrances are closest to the Max Verstappen grandstand.
Budapest Airport (Ferihegy) is located 40 kilometers south of the circuit. From there several taxis offer their services.
There are also several trains and buses running through Hungary. These do not drive to the circuit. From the station in Mogyoród it is a 40-minute walk to the circuit.

Where can I park my car?

Accommodations and officially designated campsites
In the vicinity of the Spa-Francorchamps circuit in Stavelot (Belgium) there are several campsites. Camping Green is closest to the Max Verstappen grandstand.
Travelling to Circuit Spa-Francorchamps
The circuit is easily accessible by car. From Maastricht it is about an hour's drive. Parking at the circuit is good, but it is very busy. Car Park Red is closest to the Max Verstappen grandstand.
If you travel by train, you can best get to Francorchamps. For more information about the train journey in Belgium, please consult the circuit website.

Where can I park my car?
During the Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix, Zandvoort and Bloemendaal aan Zee cannot be reached by car or motorcycle due to a lack of parking facilities. Visitors to the Grand Prix who come to Zandvoort by car or motorcycle can park their car or motorcycle during the race weekend or have it dropped off in one of the specially reserved Q-park garages in Amsterdam and Amstelveen and then continue their journey to the circuit by public bus.
